The last time I saw K was a little over a month ago, and I miss him terribly. That's us from New Year's Eve. I spent a few days with him in Atlanta before flying to South Africa. Being away from him has been a lot more difficult than I thought it would be, but I'm sort of getting used to it. With the time difference (he's 11 hours behind), it's pretty difficult to keep in touch, but we've managed to IM each other most days.
K and I haven't been together for very long, only just over 5 months, but we've grown extremely close in that amount of time. I will admit, though, that I was surprised he was willing to stay with me even though I'd be gone for 10 months. We'd only been together for 4 months when I left, so I was prepared to hear him tell me it was over. But he didn't, and he's been amazingly supportive of me. He's even coming to spend the summer with me after the semester ends! I don't know how I got so lucky, but I know how fortunate I am to have a boyfriend like him. I really think this is it for me. I think he might be the elusive 'One'.

Woah! This sounds amazingly familiar... I met the perfect guy as well.. And we also live away from each other.. We only spent 1 month together but it was all we needed to realize how we feel about each other.. Before that amazing month my best friend introduced us on the net.. He came to my country to meet me and we clicked in an incredible way.. When he went away i went to his country for a few weeks to visit him.. had the most amazing time together.. Its been 3 months since i last saw him.. but we keep in touch on the net.. Hell come visit me in the summer as well.. But i just cant wait! And Im sooo afraid he'll change his mind about coming... or about me... And i miss him like crazy.. i think about him every minute.. and it hurts... I understand u... and all ive got to say is.. be strong! dont let time and distance beat u!!!

I'm not calling you out or anything but i haven't seen my boyfriend in almost six months! it's awful. we're pretty young and we have to keep it a secret and he lives three hours away.
